Haylee James retired from the Air Force in March of 2019, after serving our country for 24 years. She transitioned her career into sales and received top awards in the San Antonio area. In March of 2020, she became a loan officer and promoted to a branch manager. A workaholic by nature, Haylee brings to Directions Home Loan her passion for educating Veterans on the use of their VA home loan benefit – where they get to own a piece of the land they swore to defend.
