Nichole Aguero, originally from Washington and now proud to call San Antonio home, has worked in mortgage lending for over six years. Her journey began after shopping for her first home—without a pre-approval—led her to discover her passion for the industry. Nichole specializes in working with first-time homebuyers and clients previously denied by other lenders, always leading with education, compassion, and a solution-focused mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and daughter, often soaking up the sun by the pool or taking weekend getaways to Las Vegas.
