Nathan Dean, born in New Orleans and raised in Kenner, Louisiana, brings nearly a decade of hands-on mortgage experience to the table. A graduate of the Louisiana Culinary Institute, Nathan transitioned from the restaurant world into lending in 2015. Since then, he’s grown from a receptionist to processing manager and assistant branch manager, known for his deep knowledge of loan products, income calculations, and loan structure. Passionate about helping families achieve homeownership, Nathan values transparency, education, and going the extra mile to find the right solution for every borrower. While not working, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and twin girls.
