Rolando originally entered the mortgage industry in 2004 and immediately experienced success primarily due to his strong work ethic and long hours. His quick success earned him the right to become the preferred lender of choice for one of the largest volume home builders in the Rio Grande Valley and he closed over 150 loans every year. After 3 years of Origination, Rolando became a mortgage broker in 2008 and opened his own company. Rolando changed industries in 2009 and again experienced quick success by becoming an award-winning salesman, finance director and sales manager in the automobile industry. He recently decided to venture back into the mortgage industry, but this time as a Loan Originator. Rolando loves working with first-time home buyers and is passionate about securing only good loan approvals and options for his clients. He takes great pride in walking his customers through the entire loan process, step-by-step and he believes it’s a blessing and a privilege to witness families receiving keys to their new home. Rolando also enjoys helping credit challenged customers by creating a clearly outlined credit plan to help secure a good loan approval within a very reasonable time. He believes everyone deserves an opportunity to own their dream home and it’s only a matter of time and when. He takes the time to educate all his customers and helps them understand all their options, so they can make an informed decision that best meets their needs. Customers often compliment Rolando’s patience and product knowledge which reflects in his high customer satisfaction ratings.
