  • Manages a staff of Loan Officers Loan Partners, Loan Processors, Jr Processors, and Processing Support Liaisons.
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, coach, and lead a high-quality team.
  • Track, monitor, and manage all staff hours and overtime to maintain productivity and SLA’s.
  • Manage branch productivity and performance to meet or exceed monthly goals
  • Constantly communicate and collaborate with other departments regarding loans submitted to those departments to achieve the best outcome for loan.
  • Resolve, escalate, or remedy customer service issues in a professional manner.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of mortgage loan origination, funding 7+ loans per month

SUMMARY The Mortgage Loan Closing Coordinator will be responsible for initially reviewing

all files to assign. They will also be responsible for helping the closing dept. with initial data entry and gathering of documents to fund the loan. They will be a direct source of assistance for the closing department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review files received from processing thoroughly to check if all documents needed for closing are available.
  • Revert to processing for any missing documents needed.
  • Manage the document management system to show only relevant documents and correct names.
  • The closer is the next in line to check the processor's work for completion.

  • Performs many data input functions including but not limited to inputting files into Loan Origination System and inputting files into Automated Underwriting System(s).
  • Sends out all required disclosures so that the bank is in compliance.
  • Performs many clerical functions including faxing documents, preparing correspondence, making copies of borrower information, filing, etc.
  • Helps the Loan Officer by ordering in-file credit reports and completing all the pre-qualification application, worksheets, approval, and denial documents.
  • Maintains and updates the Loan Officer’s customer database, mails thank-you notes to customers and Realtors, implements the Realtor and customer postcard campaigns, prepares fliers and rate sheets and other marketing items. Helps with coordinating open house luncheons, Realtor gifts, holiday parties, etc.

JOB TITLE: MARKETING ASSOCIATE REPORTS TO: Marketing Director EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Non-Exempt   SUMMARY As a Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, focusing on promoting our products and services to potential customers. You will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and or Marketing Director and other team members to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving mortgage loan applications. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Assist in developing engaging and informative content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance regulations and seek approval from Marketing Director before publishing content
  • Work with Marketing team to create campaigns to promote mortgage products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, product development, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts
  • Attend and set up local events to bring brand awareness
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB TITLE: STAFF ACCOUNTANT

REPORTS TO: Controller

EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY: The Staff Accountant is an integral member of professional and administrative support person(s) in the Finance Department. The Staff Accountant is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of financial records

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes accounts payable transactions- entry/import through payment, validates account distribution, payment support
  • Performs monthly bank account reconciliations for all accounts, researching and clearing outstanding items within no more than 30 days.
  • Facilitate payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers and resolving discrepancies
  • Coordinates the setup and approval of ACH/wire for loan funding.
  • Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Process builder draws
  • Process journal entries with maintaining appropriate backup attached
  • Perform data entry associated with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.
  • Assists with all audit requests
  • Follow up on outstanding records related to vendors and customers
  • Maintain general ledgers
  • Prepares Form 1099-Misc and 1099-NEC for review by Controller and CEO, and files prior to the federal filing deadline.
  • Track and reconcile simple and complex transactions
  • Other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Must be able to learn other accounting software systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
  • High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred
  • 1-2 years or more of related experience required
  • Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) certification preferred
